Funding for animal welfare issues ranks
as a low priority in society, thus came the idea to embark on this quest as a means to
promote awareness and raise funds with a high profile fun event.

The Volunteer Committee presiding over the organization of the RIDE collectively shares
the common goal of bringing forth the betterment of conditions for animals. The individual
members of the Committee come from diverse backgrounds, and bring diverse skills,
experiences and perspectives to the table thus providing a strong foundation for success.
RIDE 4 PETS intends to establish itself as a vehicle to create funds on an ongoing basis,
culminating with the Annual RIDE event. We aim to create a phenomenon that will be
respected and anticipated by a following of supporters who will join us every year for a day
of fun and excitement; in the process we also hope to raise social consciousness of the
issues faced in our communities.

RIDE 4 PETS is a strictly volunteer-run event therefore all net proceeds will go directly to
the beneficiary animal welfare groups giving you a chance to make your donations count
most.
